B Praak
Pratik Bachan, B Praak, produced Punjabi hits for Jaani and others before his own voice on Mann Bharrya (2017) made him a singer; Teri Mitti in Kesari (2019) won him the National Award, and Filhall, Baarish Ki Jaaye and Ranjha (Shershaah) made him one of the most streamed male voices of 2019–22.

Life
He was born in Chandigarh in 1986, the son of the composer Varinder Bachan, and produced tracks for Punjabi singers from the early 2010s; with the lyricist Jaani he formed the partnership behind Mann Bharrya, Qismat, Filhall (2019, a non-film single that outsold most film songs) and Teri Mitti. He has composed and sung for Kesari, Good Newwz, Shershaah and Satyameva Jayate 2, and in 2020 won the National Award for Best Male Playback Singer.
